How can Outkast Bookkeeping Services work for you

We have over 30 years of experience in the bookkeeping industry, working within a wide range of industries. Our expertise will free you up to concentrate on what you do best without having to worry about the day to day accounting of your business.  We will look after this for you, but will keep you informed of successes and possible pitfalls, before they happen.

 

You will save time and money at the end of the financial year as we will hand your accounts to your Tax Accountant in a tidy and reconciled package.  We can liase with your accountant on your behalf if they have any queries.  If you do not have a current accountant we have many we can recommend.

 

Because we are small you are working with one account manager, your package will be tailored to your needs.  If you only need a few hours then an hourly fee will be charged.  But, if you need any or all of our accounting package then a set fee can be negotiated so you can budget your costs.  No hidden surprises!

 

We can work with any accounting package, but do have a preference for the MYOB or Xero cloud based services.  These are both monthly cloud based subscriptions which allows several people to use your data file at once.  You can be working in your office, us in ours and your accountant at theirs, all at the same time.

 

If you don't have an office then we have that covered too.  We can answer the phone for you, book appointments, send messages to you via SMS or email.  Your records can be filed and stored in our secure office.
